AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee is an internal committee required
by the Securities Market Law whose members are appointed by the Board of
Managers and such designations shall select persons skilled in the art as well
as extensive experience in the industry. This Committee will be subject to the
rules of integration and operation issued by the Board of Managers and will
have the following powers:
I. Monitor compliance of operational and prudential applicable to the Company
and its reciprocal debtors;
II. Require to Agents all those documents or records which are necessary to develop
the authority outlined in the previous section;
III. In those cases which are considered as necessary, order a special audit to
agents;
IV. Placing the analysis of the Disciplinary Committee cases
of violations of regulations, and;
V. Those powers expressly reserved to that body in the internal
regulation of the Company.
